  I love, love, love this place because I am a Realtor and I love helping people find their new home, vacation home, 2nd home or investment property. I also list homes for sale so the owners can move on with their next big adventure. Engel & Volkers, Clearwater/Belleair is all about location, location, location and luxury. The best beaches are right here!

  These people were great when I inquired but haven't bought yet, very professional. However, the one negative which isn't a reflection on them just the individual and Coldwell just not being aware of her because she tries her best to hide it probably, is DANA FORD an agent or Broker Associate. Check her Court record, extensive. DUI, POSSESSION of MARIJUANA, failure to pay rent, wrongful possession of property for a BAD CHECK, numerous driving problems including driving without license on her & registration problems. Might be a DOPE DEALER and this lady sells real estate and enters people's homes. She went in my house as well, disgraceful this lady dont turn her license in and cease practicing. DIDNT THINK THEYD GET FIGURED OUT! She used to work for Keller Williams & Berkshire Hathaway in the past that's known and in Commercial Real Estate prior as well. She's moving around it's believed to avoid getting found out & recently got her brokers associate license to probably use this company to get time in to go on her own for herself. She's a user and I personally lived at the PALMS OF BELLEAIR APT Complex next door to COLDWELL at 675 Indian Rocks Rd while she lived there 2012-2015 ish, and her, her buddy MAINTENANCE MAN BRETT BURKETT a FELON & WIFE BATTERER & a long record with POSSESSION OF PARAPHERNALIA, POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA, alteration of a sticker, etc check it & FORDS buddy & maybe DOPE DEALERS, Landlord RANDALL CORTNER with a driving record also & a licensed broker used to run around bragging how they go in people's house when they want thinking it's a joke. They'd try and harass tenants threatening going in their houses and personally went in mine with her, the MAINTENANCE MAN BRETT BURKETT the FELON and their cliques at that place. The PILATES Studios ATHENA LIOLIS up the street on West Bay was a major player also. Its rumored she may have got booted from the Studio and on her own now too. This ATHENA LIOLIS will move from studio to studio or on her own and dump her personal issues & problems whereever, then leave. They installed cameras in an apts bathroom watching daily while people were in their bathroom, going around bragging about it. DANA FORD was a major player and believed why she moved out of there to try and distance herself. In addition to being broke and not paying her rent. Do not list with this DANA FORD agent, she lies, uses people and is trying to be on her best behavior to cover it up. I personally caught her looking in my window, alleged messing with my mailbox with the maintenance man BRETT the FELON who had the spare key, walking by apts mouthing we go in apts whenever we want, following me around town, watching me on camera in my house, etc. She's been or being reported to FREC also. She apparently was living off an inheritance before she got off her ass and started working with Berkshire, Coldwell, etc. Her inheritance must have dwindled. And the Palms of Belleair Complex next to her and that Pilates Studio on West Bay Athena Liolis are trash. They all try and get on the same page and lie to cover up. They used to have meetings in that place to get their stories straight to cover their behaviors up. RANDALL CORTNER the broker manager at the place is in on it all also. He let tenants go in the office accessing other tenants info with the maintenance crook Brett. DANA FORD was a part of all while there. Caught her many times. They actually threaten to sue people for making others aware of it, how sick they are. CAROL HARMON the drunk, JAKE & APRYL PEMBERTON, the blond lady driving the red Honda Accord ROBIN MURPHY TUCKER a FELON & BATTERY ON POLICE OFFICER CHARGE with a long record too & might have moved too, RENE MCELWANEY driving the black INFINITI W/DUI, LICENSE SUSP, FAILURE TO REPORT ACCIDENT, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE W/EX, etc were a few of the many involved. It's believed some have moved or will after the words getting out. They all were in on cameras installed in people's bathroom and watching them daily. DANA FORD was a major catalyst. Hope it helps you avoid catastrophes with them all.
